Our Story

As a family we have been fortunate to travel to many regions of Spain and savoured many of its culinary delights. Of all our experiences, we kept landing at many of the superb Asadors/Steakhouses and were intrigued by the flavours in the most simplistic of dishes. This lead us on our journey and exploration not just in Spanish food but how it appeared to manifest into the South American culinary scene and culture

Our Meat

Our beef is bred in a green and ethical way on pastures for flavour. Selected from native suckler beef breeds such as Angus, Hereford and Devon Reds. Matured in one of our five scientifically structured, dry-ageing chambers for a minimum of 30 days to enhance the texture and develop the flavour.

Our chicken is from the award-winning poultry farm who produces the naturally free-range Chicken An ethically reared, slow growing breed that is reared for 50% longer than a mass-produced bird. This results in a succulent free-range chicken with wonderful flavour, texture and taste.

Our free-range Pork is selected to our specification to ensure consistency. The terrain of Suffolk with its sandy soil and sea salt breeze gives free range pigs a happy stress-free life resulting in a lovely, sweeter flavour.

The restaurant has a capacity for 90 covers and a luxury private dining room with a additional 16 covers
